SuP peeps, we back in that azz! OK, first
of all I wanted to tell you all about that new Julio G Theme. There is a new song
theme for Julio G's Westside Radio on 100.3 The Beat. I'm sure y'all heard the
first song by Snoop Dogg, Soopafly & Xzibit. A few days ago West Coast Aftershock
put up that gangsta anthem and I got a feeling that not a lot out there have heard
about the 2001 version, this time by Soopafly, Snoop Dogg, Defari & Tray Deee.
Well, all I can say about that is Whoa! FredWreck hooked up a crazy beat and this
song is off tha chizzain! Too bad this song is only 2 1/2 minutes long. Peep
it below either in MP3 or in RealAudio. One more time I'd like to thank WC Aftershock
who hit us in the face once again with their exclusives. Snoop Dogg feat.

19, 2001 Back with delays for a new update... Most of you
people out there have heard about the latest happenings on the Snoop Dogg/Death
Row drama. And I think most of you have heard about the latest add they posted
on the official Death Row Records website. If you havent heard about it, here
is the full story: Nearly three years after Snoop Dogg left Death Row
Records, the label is still acting like he's one of its top dogs. Death Row says
it will release a Snoop greatest-hits album in September or October, featuring
previously unreleased material. An inflammatory ad for the album, which is slated
to run in three hip-hop magazines in March including XXL & Murder Dog, is
the latest in a taunting, and at times threatening, campaign Death Row has aimed
at Snoop. Details about the best-of compilation were slim at press time, but fans
can expect a batch of Snoop classics, such as "Gin & Juice," "Who Am I (What's
My Name)" and the Snoop/Dr. Dre collaboration "Nuthin' But a 'G' Thang," Death
Row Records spokesperson Jonathan Wolfson said. The album will be titled Snoop
Doggy Dogg's Greatest Hits — Death Row continues to refer to the rapper as Snoop
Doggy Dogg, even though he shortened his name to Snoop Dogg after he left the
label and signed to No Limit/Priority in 1998. No information was available on
the previously unreleased tracks or whether the album will feature material from
the three albums Snoop recorded for No Limit/Priority, Wolfson said. Death Row
has a financial interest in Snoop's albums on Priority as part of a 1998 agreement
between the labels. However, it was not clear whether the greatest-hits set legally
can include material from the Priority releases without permission from that label.
Snoop's publicist said she was not aware of Death Row's plans to release a Snoop
greatest-hits album and had no comment. Death Row had earlier announced a Snoop
best-of package would arrive in March 2000, but the album was never released.
Wolfson could not confirm whether the track listing announced for that album stands
for the upcoming project. The label said it will take out full-page advertisements
in the March issues of three hip-hop magazines to promote the best-of album. The
ad, which currently greets visitors at www.deathrowrecords2000.com, "congratulates"
Snoop on the success of Dead Man Walkin', a Snoop collection Death Row put out
in October, and Tha Last Meal, his just-released album on No Limit/Priority. "Death
Row Records knows that success for a Snoop Doggy Dogg album means $$$$ for [imprisoned
Death Row chief] Suge Knight," the ad reads. "Keep it up because you know Suge
Knight eats off your next three albums as well as your previous seven albums!!!"
Priority Records vowed to take legal action against Death Row after Tha Last Meal
appeared on the label's Web site three weeks before its December 19 release. Visitors
to the site were asked to "take the Snoop Dogg challenge" and compare Tha Last
Meal to Dead Man Walkin'. After the holidays, deathrowrecords2000.com began featuring
an intro screen that read: "2001 the year of fear." The next screen read, "All
doggs run & hide," and the next: "Suge is coming home." A dog was heard barking
and then whimpering after a shot was fired. Knight, who is serving a nine-year
sentence for violating probation on an assault charge, is eligible for parole
on April 25. Wolfson said the sequence concluding with the dog being shot was
self-explanatory. Snoop's No Limit publicist had no comment. Death Row will revisit
the career of another of its former stars prior to the Snoop album when it releases
a box set from slain rapper Tupac Shakur. -Source: MTV.com In
other Snoop DOgg related news, the video shooting for the 2nd single "Lay
Low" has already been finished. You can peep a preview on MTVs "Making
The Video" soon. Now lets get into some music...I have uploaded
5 MP3z for y'all. They are listed below, get them in the Mp3 section or in my
Idrive account.
» 19th Street Playaz - The Gz Come Out At Night » Bad Azz - No Hope
» Big Pimpin' - Livin' It Up » Daz feat. Soopafly - Give It 2 Me
» Snoop Dogg feat. Tray Deee - Eastside Radio
I have noticed that most visitor's screen resolution is 800x600. However,
the optimal resolution for this site is 1024x768. I use 1024x768 and thats why
the layout looks bad for users with 800x600 resolution. The menu on the left is
cut out after the Quick links and I think I will have to remove the menu frames
and change it into 1 frame, so that the menu moves with the text. Oh
yeah, before I forget, I have added 24 new pics, so make sure u check them out
in the picture section... Thats it from me, lilJermaine

Sup...my
homie bpg over at Snoops Dogg Pound posted some interesting news about a Snoop
Dogg interview. Snoop talks about the future on Doggystyle Records and he said
that fans can expect 10 Doggystyle releases in 2001. That sounds a lot to me but
I think some of them wont drop this year due to delays. Here are the ones he mentioned
in the interview: Bad Azz - Personal Business (coming March) Tha Eastsidaz
- Dueces and Treys Snoop Dogg - Snoopafly Nate Dogg - Nate Dogg
Soopafly - Willie Dynamite D.P.G.C. (Daz and Kurupt) - Daz:Kurupt, Kurupt:Daz
Butch Cassidy - Untitled Kokane - Untitled A Doggystyle Christmas
Album He didnt talk about the Tray Deee & Goldie Loc solo albums
so that could mean that they will come out after the Eastsidaz cd, either later
this year or in 2002. You can peep the audio interview right here.
I would to thank my homie bpg who had this news up first. We got a new
section up which will run my homie Outlaw. Its a review section and he will write
reviews for the hottest West Coast releases. He wrote his 1st review for the Xzibit
cd "Restless". You can read it right here. In my opinion its pretty
tight and I think he deserves some attention. Please drop him a line and tell
him what you think. I got something for your listening pleasure right
here. I recorded the best scences from the movie "The Show" which was
released 1996. There are live cuts, backstage cuts & short interviews on it
from all the DPG's & their affiliatez. Its interestin and worth to peep out.
The length of the whole thing is 17 minutes and I didnt put it up in MP3 cuz that
would be to large so I split them in 2 RealAudio files,
which are available for download below.
Dogg Pound Gangstas - Recordings from 'The Show' Part 1 Dogg
Pound Gangstas - Recordings from 'The Show' Part 2 Peace, lilJermaine January
