Boogy Mistaken Identity Bolo
Entertainment / J Records 2005
Sly Boogy's first project "Judgement Day" was more of a mixtape
to get his name out there, the second project is still Untitled but is gonna me
a major release on the major label J Records. The
texture of it is gonna be a little bit more smooth, its not gonna be as rugged
and grimey as "Judgement Day", but its definitely something to look
out for. He has songs with Raphael Saadiq, Ms. Roq from the Chronic album,
TQ, Jayo Felony, Kurupt, Crooked I, Saigon, Noelle, Freckles and others. He has
production from King Tech, Damizza, Scott Storch and others. They
released a couple street singles like "Thats
My Name (Keep It Thuggin)" and "It'z
Nuthin", both produced by Scott Storch.
Here
is what you can expect on the album, according to Sly himself: "..we
got the dirty gritty shit from "Judgement Day", but its gonna be a mixture
of a whole lot of different stuff, from radio flavor to underground, and the inbetween
shit. But expect a well rounded album..."
Sly did a lil commercial for his album for the Westcoast2k visitors, check
that here in mp3...
