Peda Man, originally from New Orleans, moved to the Bay Area at a young age. "I moved out here after I was fucking up so much, so I started pursuing my football career. Music has always been my thing and I was always whoopin everybody on the freestyle, but rapping was always second to football. But dreams of being a professional football player ended when my scholarship ran out. So I went right back on the streets again and I hooked up with Black Tie Records. And that was basically our relationship, little music, more street. My whole life been a hustle, whatever it took, it was always a hustle just to make it, period.
